EPAM - Product Owner / Manager - AI Domain

Job Location : Hyderabad (3 Days work from Office.)

Notice Period : 0 to 30 Days.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Strategy & Roadmap :

• Define, own, and manage the product roadmap for AI and data-heavy applications.
• Align product goals with business strategy and stakeholder needs.
• Continuously evaluate and refine the roadmap based on evolving priorities and & Agile Management :
• Translate high-level requirements into well-defined epics, features, and user stories.
• Maintain a prioritized product backlog and work closely with Scrum teams to deliver on sprint goals.
• Leverage Agile / Scrum methodologies to ensure iterative and incremental Collaboration :
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Software Developers, and Designers to build scalable, AI-driven products.
• Work closely with stakeholders across functions and geographies to capture requirements and ensure & AI Understanding :
• Analyze and interpret data patterns to inform product decisions and evaluate performance.
• Apply strong understanding of AI / ML principles, model development life cycle, and data and experiences required :
• 10+ years of overall experience into Product Management / ownership with minimum of 6 years as a product owner or in a related role within AI, Data Science or Machine Learning projects.
• Proven experience of defining and managing product roadmaps for AI-driven or data-heavy applications
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning principles, data pipelines, and software development process.
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar for backlog and project management.
• Experience in analyzing and understanding data to derive patterns and inform design decisions.
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear, actionable business requirements for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage large stakeholder groups across functions and global locations.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English language, both written and spoken with significant experience working in international environments.
