Corporate Credit Analyst

Work diligently to develop technical skills and industry knowledge related to the role. Ensure accurate and timely compliance with internal policies and reporting procedures. Candidate Profile : Extensive experience in fundamental corporate analysis gained in either a bank (or their a Global Capability Centre), asset manager or rating agency environment. There should be an emphasis on credit analysis in the context of a transaction or event, or a strong motivation to move into a more transaction driven environment. Minimum experience of 7-8 years after Post Graduation (CA / CFA / MBA Finance or their equivalents) Functional / Technical Competencies : Experience of covering EMEA Large Corporates. A good understanding of loan documentation and key credit protections. Understanding of market risk and ISDA documents would be preferred / beneficial. Familiarity with Bloomberg / CapIQ and similar systems.
