What role will you play as a member of the Colgate’s Information Technology team?

We are excited to invite applications for the position of Full Stack Developer within Our Advance Tech, Architecture & Analytics Team. Operating within the world’s leading Oral Care Company, we are demonstrating leading cloud based marketing technology to digitally connect. This role will support our team in deploying best in class technology to optimize and expand our digital engagement programs leading to better targeting and engagement with our professionals, customers and consumers. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team to help realize our vision. The ideal candidate is very customer focused and can work well both independently and within a team. Candidate needs to be a self-starter- eager to learn and use new technologies to build the best digital experience for our customers.

Who are you…

You are a developer & architect -

  • Architect, Develop & Support web applications for different cross functional Projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and maintainable software solutions.
  • Develops the world class user interface and user experience of applications.
  • Architect and design scalable and modular systems that adhere to best practices.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards.
  • Writes unit tests, conducts testing, and debugs code to ensure the reliability and functionality of the application.

You connect the dots -

  • Work with global and divisional cross functional teams to develop and support global web applications.
  • Partner with digital marketing, analytics, and eCommerce technical and business teams to integrate relevant data in order to develop sophisticated and scalable web applications

    • You are a collaborator -

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers.
  • Provides mentoring and technical guidance to the development team.
  • Ensures that development follows best practices and aligns with the overall architecture.
  • Stays updated on the latest technologies and frameworks to adapt to changing industry standards.

    • What you’ll need…(Required)

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering or similar degree
  • At least 5-7 years experience developing and deploying end to end web applications
  • Extensive experience with Python / Node Js and web development frameworks, particularly Django / Express.
  • Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JS frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
  • Proven experience in full stack development, including database design, API development, and server-side logic
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and solve complex technical challenges.
  • Optimizing and scaling code in a production environment
  • Managing source code with git
  • Knowledge of and experience applying security best practices and patterns
  • Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Working on Agile / SCRUM development teams
  • Static and dynamic analyzing toolsets
  • Use of user centric design and applying user experience concepts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as customer relationship building skills
  • Adapt to and work reliably with a variety of engagements and in high-reaching
  • Strong organization and project management skills with the ability to manage sophisticated projects with many partners.

    • What you’ll need…(Preferred)

  • Experience with Gen AI technologies and frameworks is desirable
  • Familiarity with developing & deploying applications on cloud platforms like GCP / AWS.
