About the Role

Looking for an experienced L&D Trainer with hands-on experience in training Baristas and store-level teams.

Responsibilities

Design & deliver training for onboarding, F&B operations, customer service, and leadership.

Drive café-specific initiatives to uplift service quality, hygiene, and safety.

Evaluate training effectiveness and ensure ROI.

Collaborate with HR & operations teams to roll out impactful programs.

Qualifications

✅ 3–7 years of experience in L&D and F&B operations (coffee / QSR brand experience).

Required Skills

✅ Proficiency in LMS / e-learning tools & reporting (Excel / Power BI).

✅ Strong understanding of F&B operations, coffee preparation, and safety standards.

✅ Excellent facilitation and communication skills.

✅ Proficiency in Kannada language is a must.

✅ Location : Rest of Karnataka & Kerala
