Indian Bridalwear Fashion Designer

Job description5+ years of experience in Indian bridal fashion design. Deep knowledge of traditional Indian bridalwear : lehenga, saree, sharara, gown, etc. Strong sense of color, textiles, surface ornamentation, and hand embroidery. Excellent sketching or digital design ability with production understanding. Must be creative, detail-oriented, and organized. Willing to relocate to Surat for a full-time, on-site role .
Location : Surat ( On-site, full-time )
Salary Range : ₹15 LPA – ₹30 LPA

Role & Responsibilities
- Design high-end bridalwear collections with rich Indian craftsmanship.
- Develop concepts, color themes, embroidery patterns, and silhouettes.
- Oversee sampling, fittings, and creative garment development (not production supervision).
- Work closely with embroidery, tailoring, and sampling teams.
- Ensure timely execution and premium finishing for every outfit.
