About the Role :

We’re seeking a Manager / Sr. Manager – Data Analyst to drive enterprise-wide data intelligence, build scalable BI solutions, and lead analytics initiatives that support business decision-making across all functions.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations

Build, manage, and optimize ETL pipelines from multiple data sources

Define business KPIs, metrics, and analytical requirements with cross-functional teams

Ensure data quality, integrity, and performance across BI platforms

⚙ Automate reporting processes and optimize data delivery frameworks

Support data governance, documentation, and analytics best practices

Partner with business teams to convert requirements into BI specifications

Provide analytical insights across Operations, Marketing, Finance, SCM, and CX

Automate data refreshes and workflows; enhance BI via Python / APIs / Tableau advanced features

Contribute to analytics for large-scale BI, cloud, and data warehouse platforms

Requirements :

✅ 8–10+ years in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or BI Development

✅ Strong expertise in Tableau (Desktop + Server)

✅ Proficiency in ETL tools — Talend, Alteryx, Informatica, SSIS, or Python

✅ Strong SQL skills + experience in data modeling and transformation

✅ Experience with Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or similar data warehouses

✅ Experience in managing large teams and IT projects

✅ Exposure to Retail / QSR / FMCG analytics is preferred

✅ Knowledge of Power BI or Python for advanced analytics is a plus

Preferred :

⭐ Experience in cloud BI ecosystems — AWS, Azure, GCP

⭐ Strong project management and decision-making skills
