Job description40% Software Development – craft integrations and new features in JavaScript / TypeScript. 60% AI Management – deploy, monitor, and fine-tune conversational agents for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical companies. Troubleshoot production issues, own root-cause analysis, and ship fixes fast. Partner with stakeholders and product teams to roll out enhancements that raise conversion KPIs. Startup drive – thrive on pace, ambiguity, and growth goals. Proven knack for debugging & technical support in SaaS environments. Fluency in JavaScript & TypeScript (Node.js or browser). Sharp analytical thinking and attention to detail. Clear written communication with B2B clients. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
