Job Title: Lead Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Salesforce Developer to join our team and drive the design and development of Salesforce solutions with a focus on Sales Cloud and CPQ. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) Apex Flows and Aura along with a solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical design and development of Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud and CPQ.
• Develop high-quality scalable code using LWC Apex Flows and Aura components.
• Evaluate business requirements and recommend optimal solutions using out-of-the-box (OOTB) features or custom development as needed.
• Apply design and coding best practices to ensure maintainability performance and security.
• Conduct detailed code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
• Collaborate with architects business analysts and stakeholders to deliver robust solutions.
• Participate in solutioning discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Support the formation and mentoring of a new development team around the lead role.

Qualifications:

• 8 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Sales Cloud and working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ.
• Proficient in LWC Apex Flows and Aura.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture design patterns and best practices.
• Experience in mentoring and leading development teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus (e.g. Platform Developer II CPQ Specialist).
