About the Role :
- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Specialist to join our growing team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting a wide range of HR operations including compliance, payroll, onboarding, employee relations, and HRMS administration.
- This role requires strong organizational skills, a deep understanding of HR processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments to ensure smooth HR functioning and regulatory compliance.
Key Management :
Ensure timely preparation and submission of compliance-related documentation in accordance with government regulations and company policies.Onboarding & Induction :
Facilitate seamless onboarding of new hires, including setting up employee profiles in HRMS (e.g., GreytHR), coordinating documentation, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.Payroll Administration :
Assist in end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in data validation, salary computation, disbursement, and adherence to statutory requirements.Attendance & Leave Management :
Monitor attendance and leave records through HRMS tools to ensure accurate payroll inputs and effective workforce planning.Employee Lifecycle Management :
Support day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities.HR Collaboration :
Partner with business units to understand HR needs and provide operational support aligned with organizational priorities.Audit & Documentation :
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure readiness for internal and external HR audits through proper documentation and compliance reporting.Required Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and payroll processes.Hands-on experience with HRMS tools such as GreytHR or similar platforms.Knowledge of statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, TDS, Gratuity, etc.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for HR reporting.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Strong analytical and problem-solving Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or compliance functions.Experience working in fast-paced or mid-sized organizations preferred.Why Join Us
