Job Description
1. Proven working experience in Business Development in retail expansion
2. Exposure to handling legal matters, tender terms, standards of government tendering
3. To manage overall liaison activities
4. To develop and maintain good relations with government bodies.
5. To obtaining necessary sanctions, getting relevant statutory approvals and clearances from various departments related to commencement of project.
6. Plan all liaising work and ensure approvals on a timely basis.
7. Drafting legal documents for submissions to Government Authorities.
8. Submission of tenders and attend pre-bid tender meetings.
9. Interacting and working closely with Government Officials towards the speedy implementation.
10. Formulating and summarizing reports, minutes of all meetings and conducting industry research.
