Development Engineer -Mid Ops

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support for business initiatives.
• Design and implement data solutions using SQL, Python, and Excel to extract, transform, and analyze data.
• Apply statistical and AI-based methods to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
• Develop and present clear, concise reports, dashboards, and presentations to convey key insights.
• Support the development of business cases (BC) and contribute to management and written reporting (MR & WR) processes.
• Assist in automating manual processes and optimizing existing workflows through data and technology.
• Translate technical findings into strategic recommendations for business stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Strong command of SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• Expert-level skills in Advanced Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas, macros, and visualizations.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and tools, and the ability to apply them in a practical business context.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data insights.
• Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven experience in supporting reporting functions, data analysis, and business case documentation.
