Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Project Architects located in Bengaluru. Project Architects will be responsible for managing architectural projects from concept through completion. The role includes regular collaboration with clients, consultants, and construction teams to deliver high-quality, sustainable design solutions on time and within budget. Candidates with excellent design and project management skills and minimum 5-10 years of experience working with Architecture firm can apply.

Qualifications

• Education; B.Arch or M.Arch (any specialization)
• Develop architectural design concepts and detailed drawings.
• Prepare and compile construction documents, plans, sections, and elevations
• Conduct site analysis and participate in field visits and surveys.
• Ability to handle multiple projects
• Produce 2D and 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors on design and technical issues.
• Ensure that all designs comply with local codes, zoning laws, and regulations.
• Ensure high-quality standards in drawings, documentation, and deliverables.
• Provide in-depth technical input and ensure accuracy in construction detailing.
• Coordinate effectively with consultants (Structural, Electrical, Plumbing, etc.) to maintain seamless project integration.
• Review and monitor progress to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Stay updated with emerging design trends and materials.
• Be proactive, committed, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure successful project completion.
