Responsibilities :

• Plan and execute discovery workshops to understand clients' business processes, business needs and challenges
• Clearly capture process flows, business requirements, pain points, and desired features
• Serve as a bridge between business needs and technology solutions
• Work on RFP and pre-sales activities
• Solve business challenges by ideating innovative solutions while keeping platform standard features and best practices in consideration
• Work with functional team to build, develop, and test platform applications
• Work with client stakeholders to build and confidently present solution presentations, wireframes, and system demonstration
• Own responsibility for completion and accuracy of project tasks
• Lead multiple projects concurrently
• Work as a team-player by extending help where needed and sharing experience and skill knowledge for holistic team development
• Be self-motivated, flexible and takes initiative
