[Immediate Start] Finance Manager

Education Required : - CA QUALIFIED

Key Responsibilities : -

• Oversee end-to-end Finance & Accounting processes, including Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Order to Cash (O2C).
• Lead and manage the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle ERP Cloud Fusion modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, etc.).
• Act as a liaison between Finance and IT for system enhancement requests, issue resolution, and new module rollouts.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory financial reporting requirements.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives across the F&A function.
• Monitor internal controls and ensure adherence to audit and compliance policies.
• Support business units with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Prepare management reports and dashboards leveraging data from Oracle Fusion.
• Train and guide the finance team on ERP usage and best practices.
