Role Overview
As a B2B Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end execution and optimization of multi-channel B2B outreach campaigns across email and LinkedIn.
The role involves owning marketing workflows, campaign setup, performance tracking, and tool management while ensuring operational efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage B2B outreach campaigns across email (Smartlead) and LinkedIn (Salesrobot).Segment audiences, personalize messaging, and manage follow-ups to maximize engagement and conversions.Conduct A / B testing on subject lines, CTAs, and campaign content to improve overall performance.Analyze campaign metrics and share insights and recommendations to refine future outreach strategies.Collaborate with the tech team to maintain domain health and email deliverability, including managing DNS, DMARC, and authentication settings to ensure strong sender reputation.Requirements
