Key Responsibilities :
- Full Lifecycle Recruitment :
- Own end-to-end recruitment for complex, specialized technical roles, especially in Product Engineering and across the Tech Ecosystem.
- Sourcing Strategy & Pipeline Development :
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for critical technical skill areas including Full Stack, Builder, and AI; build robust passive talent pipelines.
- Stakeholder Management :
- Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and deliver best-in-class recruitment consulting and execution.
- Candidate Experience :
- Deliver world-class experiences throughout the hiring journey for candidates and hiring teams.
- Market Intelligence :
- Stay connected to external market trends and hiring conditions that affect talent attraction strategies.
- Inclusive Hiring :
- Drive efforts to develop diverse pipelines and promote inclusive hiring practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration :
- Work with Talent Partners and other teams to deliver recruitment solutions across a wide range of openings.
- Recruiting Events & Branding :
- Represent Intuit at networking events, conferences, and open houses; track event success via conversion metrics.
- Operational Excellence :
- Guide hiring teams on best practices, including relocation and immigration services; support internal talent processes and compliance.
- Team Contribution :
- Share knowledge and best practices to elevate the overall capabilities of the Bangalore Talent Acquisition team.
