Performance Marketing Manager / Specialist

As we scale our operations, digital ecosystem, and brand presence, we are building a robust, data-backed growth engine. We are now hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist - an analytical leader who can drive full-funnel growth and handle budgets efficiently.

8–12+ years of deep performance marketing experience.

Demonstrated success leading teams , managing agencies, and running multi-channel paid media at scale

Proven ability to own and manage large budgets , forecasting, pacing, and optimizing spend for maximum ROI

Experience building end-to-end performance strategies across channels, funnels, and consumer journeys

Ability to work closely with leadership, admissions, product, and technology to drive aligned growth outcomes

Strategic & Analytical Expertise

Expertise across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, Programmatic, LinkedIn Ads at scale

Deep command over CAC, ROAS, LTV, attribution models , and full-funnel optimization

Strong grounding in research, segmentation, funnel design, and CRO

Ability to design growth experiments, A / B frameworks, and optimization roadmaps

Experience building dashboards, marketing intelligence systems, and data-driven reporting structures

Technical Skills

Advanced proficiency in :

GA4, GTM, Data Studio / Looker

Pixel setups, server-side tracking, UTMs, offline conversions

Automation tools, CRM workflows, and lead-scoring systems

Strong understanding of MarTech stacks, integrations, and measurement systems

Experience optimizing landing pages with design / tech teams
