Job Position : CRM Business & Process SpecialistRole Purpose :

As a CRM Business & Process Specialist, you play a key role in enhancing our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to better support global sales and customer processes.

Your focus lies on understanding business needs, improving workflows, ensuring data quality, and helping our teams make better use of CRM insights — rather than on technical development.

Together with IT and Sales, you ensure that Dynamics evolves into a true business enabler that drives efficiency, transparency, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities :

1.   CRM Process Improvement

• Analyze and optimize end-to-end CRM processes across sales, customer onboarding, and account management.
• Identify gaps, pain points, and improvement opportunities in daily CRM usage.
• Translate business requirements into clear CRM enhancements or configuration changes.
• Collaborate with IT (internal and external partners) to implement improvements.
