About the Role

GrayQuest is looking for an ERP Integration Manager to drive our ERP integration strategy and execution. The role demands a strong understanding of technology, deep knowledge of GrayQuest’s product, and the ability to solutionize ERP-specific workflows. You will act as the bridge between ERP developers, internal product & engineering teams, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless partner flows.

Key Responsibilities :

Technology Understanding & Communication

Understand ERP integration technologies and communicate implementation details effectively with ERP developers.

Translate complex technical workflows into clear requirements for both ERP partners and internal teams.

Product Understanding & Solutioning

Gain deep knowledge of GrayQuest’s product, payment flows, and operational nuances.

Map product features into ERP workflows and design solutions tailored to ERP partner requirements.

Create reusable ERP integration playbooks for faster and standardized deployments.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Ideate solutions for ERP-specific challenges and validate them with internal Product and Engineering teams.

Act as the single point of contact between ERP partners and GrayQuest during the integration lifecycle.

Support ERP partners during implementation, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth go-lives.

Integration Flow Ownership

Manage the end-to-end ERP partner integration lifecycle – from requirement gathering to execution and post-go-live support.

Ensure integration flows are seamless, compliant, and aligned with GrayQuest’s product architecture.

Continuously monitor, optimize, and enhance ERP partner integrations.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Experience : 3+ years in ERP integrations, technical consulting, or solutioning roles.

Technology Skills : Strong understanding of APIs, Webhooks, and other integration workflows.

Product Solutioning : Ability to understand GrayQuest’s product flows and customize them for ERP partner requirements.

Collaboration Skills : Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work with ERP developers, internal engineering, and product teams.
