Requirements:

• MBBS degree followed by MD/DM in Urology or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
  
• Valid medical registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) and state medical council.
  
• Minimum 7 years of progressive clinical experience in urology, with proven expertise in both medical and surgical management.
  
• Proficiency in endoscopic and laparoscopic urological procedures, including robotic-assisted surgery.
  
• Strong diagnostic acumen and ability to interpret complex imaging and pathology reports.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex medical information to patients and families.
  
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, and continuous learning.
  
• Experience in managing uro-oncology cases (e.g., bladder, kidney, prostate cancer) is highly desirable.
  
• Willingness to participate in on-call duties and emergency procedures as required.
