Head - Information Technology

Key Areas :

• Manage centralized private cloud infrastructure across group entities.
• Oversee data centers at Yotta DC (Panvel) and DR site in Yotta Noida.
• Administer ~80 physical servers, 1100+ VMs, and 3 PB of data storage - including Server provisioning, backup, DR BCP, Email & AD management, Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), NOC, SOC etc
• Lead network operations with 1100+ links and 13 GBPS bandwidth.
• Manage central security stack (Perimeter & Core Firewalls, IPS, WAF, DLP etc) & secure connectivity across 1,000 branches in 700+ locations.
• Manage endpoint infrastructure (~13,000 endpoints) and enterprise tools - Microsoft 365, Seclore, Safe Boot, AV / EDR, DLP, ZIA, Citrix VPN, VDI, MDM, LAPS
• Ensure performance and availability of applications including SAP, Prakriya, ITIS Portal, CMS Portal, and SFTP and infrastructure tools such as AD, SSCM, Arcos, PRTG, vRA, vROPS
• Centralized procurement / licensing of - 50 Cr+ annual AMCs & licenses
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of systems and applications.
• Manage IT service delivery and ensure SLA adherence for business units.
• Coordinate with LOB IT & procurement / finance to ensure timely PO issuance and invoice clearance.
