Job description

If they are local to Bangalore, they will have the option to go full-time with Client if they want. If they are full-time employees with you, then we will tell Client NOT to approach them about FTE conversion conversations at the end of the contract.

Interview Process : (SAME DAY) :

45min : Coding Challenge - HackerRank algos data scripts java / scala

60min : Arch tech design - HackerRank whiteboarding

IF they are unsure on culture fit, a 30-minute Final the following day : (manager interview if needed, based on the results of the above)

Staff / Lead Software Engineer (2 Openings)

Duration : 12 months with potential extensions

Required Core Tech Stack :

  • Java OR Scala
  • Microservices
  • AWS
  • Kubernetes
  • Terraform
  • Jenkins or similar for CI / CD

Senior Software Engineer (10 Openings)

Duration : 12 months with potential extensions

Required Core Tech Stack :

  • Java OR Scala
  • AWS
  • Kubernetes
  • Terraform
  • Jenkins or similar for CI / CD

    • Mid-Level Software Engineer (3 mid-level engs)

    Duration : 12 months with potential extensions

    Required Core Tech Stack :

  • Java OR Scala
  • AWS
  • Kubernetes preferred, but if you have experience with Docker or other container platforms, this is acceptable
  • Terraform can be a plus if they are strong with containers
  • Jenkins or similar for CI / CD

    • JD for all roles – roles and responsibilities will scale to each role's skill level :

  • Design and implement tier-1 microservices in Java and / or Scala.
  • Implement asynchronous processes to run in the cloud for various data transformation operations.
  • Work on tech design for various initiatives and projects as per business needs.
  • Be involved in code reviews and architecture reviews for team members.
  • Participate in Agile methodology and SCRUM processes such as Sprint Planning, Backlog grooming, Daily Standups, and Retrospectives with the team.
  • Provide on-call support for critical services on a rotational basis.
  • Own features / functionality and deliver projects end-to-end with high quality and robust architecture.
  • Communicate and work with multi-functional business partners.
  • Ramp up on new domains and technologies.
