Job descriptionAdvanced knowledge of Python programming language. Experience working with LangChain, OpenAgents, or CrewAI. Familiarity with OpenAI tools and RAG patterns. Ability to manage engineering teams, both onshore and offshore. Strong debugging and analytical skills to resolve LLM behaviors and token usage issues. Prior experience in the airline, travel, or logistics industry.
Job Opportunity
This role involves leading the development of artificial intelligence agents using cutting-edge technologies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Python and experience with LangChain, OpenAgents, or CrewAI.
The selected individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying agent workflows, as well as ensuring the technical delivery aligns with business objectives.
A strong background in software engineering, data management, and platform integration is essential for this position. The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex agent workflows using LangChain, OpenAgents, or CrewAI.
- Implement tool wrappers, memory mechanisms, and API integrations for seamless agent action execution.
- Lead Proof-of-Concepts (POCs), code reviews, and design discussions to drive end-to-end feature development.
- Partner with data, platform, and business teams to ensure technical delivery meets business needs.
