- We are looking for a skilled International Voice BPO professional to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing voice-based communication with our international clients, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for international clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via voice communication.
- Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service delivery.
- Maintain knowledge of products and services to assist customers effectively.
- 1-4 years of experience in a voice BPO role, preferably with international exposure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in using computer systems and MS Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others.
