Experience : Minimum 1 year (Home Loan / LAP)

CTC : Up to 4 LPA

Industry : Financial Services / Banking / NBFC

Key Responsibilities :

Source and close leads for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP)

Build relationships with channel partners, builders, and customers

Ensure proper documentation and smooth processing of loan applications

Achieve monthly sales targets

Coordinate with credit and operations teams

Requirements :

Minimum 1 year of experience in home loan or LAP sales

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Knowledge of local market preferred

Graduation mandatory
