Key Responsibilities :
1. Event Management & Brand Activations
- Plan and execute large-scale events, store launches, exhibitions, and in store promotions
- Close coordination with Vendors and Guest listers for managing the events
- Oversee end-to-end event execution — from concept and budgeting to logistics, production, and post-event analysis.
- Ensure all events reflect brand aesthetics and deliver exceptional customer and guest experiences.
2. Campaign Strategy & Planning
Develop 360° marketing campaigns that align with brand goals and drive business impact.Work closely with creative, digital, and retail teams to ensure campaign consistency across channels.Track campaign performance and optimize for engagement, reach, and ROI.3. Celebrity & Influencer Marketing
Identify and collaborate with brand ambassadors, celebrities, and key influencers to amplify brand visibility.Manage partnerships, negotiations, and content execution ensuring alignment with brand values.Leverage PR and digital media to maximize coverage and impact.4. Ad Shoots & Creative Production
Plan and manage brand and product shoots — from concept development to final delivery.Collaborate with creative agencies, stylists, photographers, and production houses.Ensure visual storytelling resonates with the brand’s luxury and aspirational positioning.5. Brand Strategy & Collaboration
Partner with design, retail, and e-commerce teams to ensure cohesive brand communication.Stay updated with market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to drive innovation.Requirements :
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within luxury, fashion, or jewellery sectors.Proven expertise in event management, celebrity / influencer marketing, and campaign planning.Strong creative sense with an eye for aesthetics and storytelling.Excellent project management, negotiation, and communication skill
