Title : MS Dynamics Developer

Duration : 6 month contract to hire or extend

Location : Remote in India

Notice Period : Cannot be longer than 4 weeks

Pay : Based on hours worked or 14.67 LPA(Lakhs) to 20 LPA (Lakhs)

Qualifications :

• 5+ years of experience developing within Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a focus on Customer Service Workspace (CSW) and / or Customer Engagement (CE).
• Strong proficiency in C# and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Platform, and Canvas Apps.
• Experience working with Unified Service Desk (USD) .

Day to Day : Insight Global is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Developer to support a Contact Center team working on a customer engagement web-based application. The application streamlines communication between agents and customers across multiple channels including chat, SMS, email, and phone. The role involves 50% new development and 50% issue triage and regression testing. The ideal candidate will thrive in an agile environment and work independently across the technology stack. You will be in operation during US based hours from 4 : 00am EST to 1 : 30pm EST.
