Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled

Senior Developer

with deep expertise in

Kubernetes, OpenShift , and

containerized application development . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in

designing, deploying, and managing microservices-based applications

in a cloud-native environment. The role requires a strong background in

DevOps, CI / CD automation, and cloud infrastructure (Azure / AWS / GCP) .

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and deploy applications on

Kubernetes and OpenShift

platforms.

Implement

containerization best practices

using

Docker

and

Helm charts .

Develop and maintain

CI / CD pipelines

using tools like

Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps .

Monitor and optimize

cluster performance, scalability, and reliability .

Collaborate with

DevOps, Cloud, and Development teams

to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

Manage

service mesh, networking, and security policies

within Kubernetes environments.

Troubleshoot and resolve

deployment, scaling, and orchestration issues .

Automate

infrastructure provisioning and configuration

using

Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools .

Stay updated with

container orchestration trends and open-source technologies .

Required Skills & Experience :

7–10 years

of total IT experience with

strong hands-on exposure

to Kubernetes and OpenShift.

Proficiency in

Docker ,

Helm ,

YAML scripting , and

container lifecycle management .

Strong knowledge of

Kubernetes architecture, Operators, CRDs, and APIs .

Experience with

CI / CD tools

– Jenkins, GitLab CI / CD, or Azure DevOps.

Exposure to

cloud platforms

AWS, Azure, or GCP .

Hands-on experience with

Terraform ,

Ansible , or other Infrastructure-as-Code tools.

Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or Go preferred).

Understanding of

microservices architecture ,

API gateways , and

service mesh (Istio, Linkerd) .

Knowledge of

monitoring tools

like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.

Excellent

debugging and problem-solving

skills.

Good to Have : Experience with

GitOps

tools (ArgoCD, Flux).

Familiarity with

security and compliance

in container environments.

Knowledge of

DevSecOps practices

and

policy-as-code

(OPA, Kyverno).
