Role Description

We are hiring an Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to join our on-site team in Ahmedabad. This full-time role is responsible for managing the end-to-end AR process, including claim follow-ups, denial resolution, payer communication, and process documentation. The ideal candidate will work closely with US healthcare providers and insurance payers to ensure timely payments, reduce outstanding AR, and enhance overall revenue performance.

Key Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for reviewing aging reports, resolving claim issues, and identifying trends
• Experience in accounts receivable, medical billing, or RCM-related processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional interaction with clients and payers
• Hands-on experience in AR follow-up, claim status check, denial management, and collections
• Understanding of invoicing procedures, payment posting, and documentation accuracy
• Highly organized with strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Experience working with medical billing software, clearinghouses, or RCM platforms, plus knowledge of HIPAA compliance is an added advantage
