Key Responsibilities :
- Work directly with the Founder's Office to plan, execute, and track strategic initiatives and special projects across global markets.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competition benchmarking, and trend forecasting to identify high-growth opportunities.
- Create and present strategy decks, board-level reports, and performance dashboards using data-driven insights.
- Evaluate and build business cases for new products, partnerships, and revenue streams (study abroad, finance, accommodation, insurance, and tech initiatives).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Admissions, Finance, Product, Tech) to ensure flawless project execution.
- Build and automate reporting models, KPIs, and performance scorecards using Excel, Power BI, or AI tools.
- Participate in leadership reviews and contribute to strategic decision-making.
- Serve as a change agent to drive innovation, process excellence, and operational discipline across business verticals.
Ideal Candidate Profile :
Education :
MBA / PGDM from a Tier-1 B-School (IIM, ISB, XLRI, SPJIMR, etc.) OR B.Tech / M.Tech from IIT / Top Engineering Colleges with strong business orientation.Experience : 0-3 years (including internships) in consulting, analytics, or high-growth startup environments preferred.
