Job Location : Mangalore

CTC : Upto 5 LPA

Experience - 6 Month to 1 year

Preferred : Immediate Joiners

Job Summary :

We are looking for a detail-oriented Chargeback Analyst to manage and resolve chargeback disputes. This role involves investigating claims, submitting representments, and ensuring timely resolution of chargebacks.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Investigate and manage chargeback disputes.
  • Review transaction data and prepare chargeback representments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather documentation.
  • Monitor chargeback trends and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with chargeback rules and regulations.

Qualifications :

  • 1-2 years of chargeback or fraud prevention experience.
  • Knowledge of credit card networks and chargeback processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
