We are on the look out for a Account Director to work with a leading Advertising Agency in Mumbai!
Job Summary :
The Account Director will lead client relationships, overseeing strategic planning, campaign delivery, and team performance for key digital accounts. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, client management, and creative strategy to ensure successful execution of campaigns that drive measurable results and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for major clients, ensuring smooth communication and long-term partnerships.
- Develop and execute strategic digital marketing plans aligned with client goals and brand positioning.
- Lead the account management team in conceptualizing, briefing, and delivering integrated campaigns across digital platforms (social media, performance marketing, SEO, content, etc.).
- Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and media teams to ensure campaign excellence and timely delivery.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and present actionable insights and reports to clients.
- Oversee budget management, project timelines, and resource allocation for multiple clients.
- Ensure all client deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, innovation, and effectiveness.
- Mentor and manage a team of Account Managers and Executives, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital best practices.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.5+ years of experience in client servicing or account management within a digital or integrated advertising agency.Proven experience managing large-scale digital campaigns across multiple platforms.Strong understanding of digital media, social strategy, content marketing, and performance metrics.Excellent leadership, communication, and client presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Data-driven mindset with a focus on results and ROI.Preferred :
