Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Lead is responsible for driving Bhima's overall e-commerce visibility, traffic, and customer acquisition strategy. This role oversees planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns across paid, organic, and social media channels. As a key contributor to revenue growth, the Digital Marketing Lead plays a central role in strengthening the brand's online presence and scaling e-commerce performance.
The ideal candidate brings strong leadership capabilities, hands-on digital marketing expertise, and a passion for data-driven growth. This role combines strategic planning with tactical execution and requires close collaboration with product, content, and creative teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for traffic, acquisition, and retention.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads , and other performance channels.
- Lead SEO, SEM, social media , and marketplace visibility initiatives.
- Oversee content planning, creative alignment, and brand consistency across all digital assets.
- Monitor analytics, dashboards, and KPIs, leveraging insights for continuous campaign optimization.
- Collaborate with product, catalogue, and design teams to support campaign objectives.
- Optimize campaigns for ROI, customer engagement, and conversion performance.
- Mentor digital marketing executives and foster a high-performance team environment.
- Manage external agencies, freelancers, and marketing vendors.
- Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and recommendations to leadership.
- Experiment with growth marketing methods, A / B tests, new platforms, and emerging channels.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy norms, tracking standards, and attribution accuracy.
Required Skills & Technical Expertise
Proficient in Google Ads , Meta Ads Manager , and performance campaign management.Strong understanding of SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs) and keyword / content optimization strategies.Expertise in Google Analytics 4 and Tag Manager implementation / tracking setups.Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp).Familiarity with social media scheduling and management tools.Knowledge of A / B testing frameworks and marketing automation workflows.Understanding of programmatic advertising and affiliate marketing platforms.Soft Skills
Proven leadership and team mentoring abilities.Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple stakeholders.Creative problem-solving under pressure with a results-oriented approach.Preferred
