- Suggest the right course based on student needs.
- Make cold calls to reach new students.
- Follow up with interested students regularly.
- Help with admission process, fees, and documents.
- Answer questions about study material, exams, and certificates.
- Keep records of calls and student details.
- Stay updated with course changes and market trends.
Qualifications :
Graduate from any field.Minimum 6+ months of experience in counselling, sales, or support.Excellent communication, presentation, and people skills.Confident, well-spoken, and presentable.Basic understanding of IT is an added advantage.Education
