Responsibilities : Manage end-to-end operations of e-commerce marketplace accounts and D2C website. Handle product listings, cataloging, pricing, promotions, inventory management, and stock reconciliation. Analyze sales trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to drive revenue and visibility. Optimize product content, keywords, and images for higher ranking and conversion. Coordinate with marketplace account managers for campaigns, promotions, and visibility opportunities. Monitor daily sales, returns, payments, and resolve operational issues (logistics, cancellations, claims). Work closely with marketing, design, and operations teams to align brand strategy across platforms. Ensure compliance with platform policies and service-level agreements. Track KPIs and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field. 2 to 3 years of proven experience managing e-commerce marketplace accounts. Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Myntra Partner Portal, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc. Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
