Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Physiotherapist at Physio Fitmax, located in Bengaluru. The Physiotherapist will assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients with various physical injuries, illnesses, or disabilities. Day-to-day responsibilities include administering therapy sessions, monitoring patient progress, educating patients on exercises and posture, and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care. Maintaining accurate patient records and staying updated on the latest physiotherapy techniques and practices will also be an integral part of the role.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, and development of treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

Expertise in therapeutic techniques, rehabilitation exercises, and manual therapy.

Ability to engage with patients, provide education on activities and movements, and communicate effectively.

Attention to detail in maintaining patient records and monitoring progress over time.

Ability to collaborate within a team of healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.

Educational qualifications in Physiotherapy (Bachelor’s / Master’s degree) and relevant certifications.

Prior experience in clinical or healthcare settings is an advantage.
