Join Ollosoft Technologies as a Senior Operations Specialist — a key role driving operational excellence across global consulting and assessment programs.

You’ll work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery, quality assurance, and client satisfaction. This role offers exposure to international markets and opportunities for growth within a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client onboarding, ensure smooth transitions from KAM to Consulting Ops.
• Support client briefings and set up accurate project workflows.
• Oversee end-to-end program delivery — enrolment, execution, reporting, and debriefs.
• Coordinate daily operations, timelines, and communication with PM.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely updates.
• Monitor trackers, dashboards, and KPIs for project performance.
• Ensure data accuracy, quality checks, and compliance with privacy standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation.
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices for operational excellence.

What We’re Looking For :

✅ 3–5 years of experience in consulting operations, project coordination, or HR delivery

✅ Excellent English communication and stakeholder management

✅ Strong organizational and data management skills

✅ Proficiency in tools like Excel, Asana, or Smartsheet
