Role Overview

Translytics is a fast-growing SaaS startup specializing in supply chain analytics . Our platform combines cutting-edge AI / ML and operations research to deliver deep insights, inventory optimization, and predictive decision-making for enterprises.

We are looking for a Backend Engineers to join our technology team and help us build scalable, high-performance applications.

π—žπ—²π˜† π—₯π—²π˜€π—½π—Όπ—»π˜€π—Άπ—―π—Άπ—Ήπ—Άπ˜π—Άπ—²π˜€ :

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python and Flask .
  • Work with large datasets using Numpy and Pandas for analytics and data transformation.
  • Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Optimize performance, scalability, and security of backend systems.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
  • Support deployment and integration with cloud environments.

π—₯π—²π—Ύπ˜‚π—Άπ—Ώπ—²π—Ίπ—²π—»π˜π˜€ :

  • 3–8 years of professional experience in backend development.
  • Strong proficiency in Python with experience in Flask (or other Python frameworks) .
  • Solid understanding of data manipulation and analysis using Numpy and Pandas .
  • Experience with RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
  • Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL) and query optimization.
  • Familiarity with Git and CI / CD workflows.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

    • Nice to Have

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Exposure to AI / ML or data-driven applications.
  • Knowledge of Docker / Kubernetes.
