Assistant Manager, GRC Reporting & Operations

The overall purpose of the Group Risk & Compliance (GRC) function is to protect the Group brand and to support the successful execution of the Groups business strategy through the delivery of an integrated risk and compliance culture and programme across the Group. GRCs mandate extends to all Business and Operational Support Units across the IQ-EQ Group including all domestic and international subsidiaries joint ventures and associated entities.

What youll do

• Youll lead and challenge the periodic Key Risk Indicator (KRI) reporting process ensuring timely data uploads to MetricStream clear articulation of issues and SMART action tracking and escalation across Clusters.
• Youll produce and enhance structured Risk Reports and dashboards delivering high-quality insights to senior management and Governance Committees while continuously improving the scope and timeliness of GRC reporting.
• Youll collaborate closely with Risk & Compliance teams across the Group supporting the Head of GRC Strategy & Operations and Governance & Operations Director to advance the GRC agenda and foster a strong risk culture.
• Youll drive the implementation and evolution of GRC systems and processes including maintaining and developing Power BI dashboards and ensuring reporting deadlines are met across business areas.
• Youll demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills a constructive mindset resilience in a fast-paced environment and the ability to build trusted relationships and high-performing teams with cultural sensitivity and emotional intelligence.
