Role Overview

We’re looking for a Staff Frontend Engineer (Mobile Heavy) who can lead and scale our mobile-first product experiences. The ideal candidate has a strong background in React Native, mobile app architecture, and performance optimization — and has built impactful, scalable products at top-tier product companies or fast-growing startups.

You’ll be responsible for driving technical excellence, mentoring teams, and owning end-to-end mobile feature delivery that delights millions of users.

Compensation : ₹45–₹60 LPA

Responsibilities :

Lead the architecture, design, and development of mobile-first frontend systems using React Native and modern JavaScript frameworks.
Collaborate cross-functionally with backend, design, and product teams to deliver smooth, responsive, and scalable experiences.
Establish coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization guidelines for mobile and hybrid web applications.
Drive technical discussions, mentor frontend teams, and contribute to strategic product roadmap decisions.
Ensure app stability, code reusability, and modularity across multiple platforms (iOS, Android, Web).
Evaluate and integrate modern tools and frameworks (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, AI-driven dev tools) to boost productivity.

Qualification :

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

6+ years of total experience, with 3–4+ years in product-based setups (e.g., CRED, Paytm, PhonePe, Postman, Swiggy, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).

Expertise in React Native and strong understanding of mobile UI / UX principles.

Deep understanding of JavaScript / TypeScript, React, and state management tools (Redux, MobX, Recoil).

Strong fundamentals in API integration, performance tuning, debugging, and CI / CD pipelines for mobile.

Hands-on experience in building, releasing, and maintaining mobile apps at scale.

Proven ability to lead projects and mentor junior developers.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.
