Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the complete recruitment process, including posting job openings, conducting interviews, and finalizing hires for design, operations, and administrative teams.
- Coordinate and manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a seamless joining experience.
- Utilize relevant job portals and hiring platforms to attract the right talent efficiently.
- Design, implement, and monitor performance evaluation systems and feedback mechanisms.
- Maintain and consistently update employee data and HR records, such as personal files and databases.
- Manage and track attendance, leave, and holiday records, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.
- Support teams with goal setting, performance discussions, and career growth planning.
- Ensure statutory compliance and timely administration of employee benefits.
- Revise and update HR policies and frameworks based on organizational needs and legal requirements.
- Conduct industry benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation structures within the interior design field.
- Collaborate with management to align HR practices with company objectives, contributing to a healthy work culture and structured workspace planning.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 4 years of experience in HR management, preferably within the interior design or creative industry.Compensation will align with market standards and be negotiated based on experience and expertise.
