In This Role, You Will
- Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Support the development and execution of regional or segment-specific sales strategies.
- Oversee daily sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Identify new business opportunities and key accounts to expand market presence.
- Partner with Marketing and Product teams to align campaigns and solutions with customer needs.
- Team Management & Coaching
- Set clear goals, KPIs, and activity plans for each team member.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify development opportunities.
- Coach team members on consultative selling, negotiation, and account management skills.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Support the team in high-value negotiations and deal closures.
- Ensure timely resolution of client issues and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
- Reporting & Insights
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports to leadership on revenue, pipeline health, and team productivity.
- Analyze sales trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Contribute to quarterly business reviews and planning sessions.
Here's What You Need
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).8 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2-3 years in a people management role.Proven track record of leading a sales team and achieving revenue targets.Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and data-driven decision-making.Key Competencies
