As a
Regional Sales Manager (RSM)
at Foxtale, you will lead and manage the sales operations for the Mumbai region, driving revenue growth, enhancing market penetration, and leading a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate is a strategic sales leader with extensive experience in
General Trade (GT)
within the beauty, skincare, or FMCG industry and a proven record of delivering strong business results.
Key Responsibilities :
Drive
revenue growth
and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the Mumbai region.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a
team of Area Sales Managers, Sales Executives, and Distributors
to ensure top performance.
Strategize and execute plans to expand
market penetration
and distribution coverage across key territories.
Build and maintain strong relationships with
retailers, distributors, and trade partners .
Monitor and analyze
market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights
to shape sales strategies.
Ensure the effective implementation of
trade promotions, merchandising, and visibility programs .
Regularly track and report
sales performance, team metrics, and market intelligence .
Collaborate cross-functionally with
marketing, supply chain, and operations
teams to ensure seamless brand execution and product availability.
Key Requirements : Experience :
8–12 years in sales, with significant exposure to
General Trade (GT)
in
beauty, skincare, or FMCG
sectors.
Location Expertise :
Strong understanding and network within the
Mumbai market .
Proven track record in
driving revenue growth ,
team leadership , and
market expansion .
Excellent
leadership, communication, and negotiation
skills.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
