ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Talent Acquisition Strategy : Develop and implement effective IT recruitment strategies aligned with the company s overall business goals.
- Sourcing and Selection : Utilize various sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals, networking) to identify and attract qualified IT candidates. Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidates suitability.
- Employer Branding : Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top IT talent.
- Pipeline Management : Develop and manage a talent pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Recruitment Metrics : Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendor
QUALIFICATIONS :
12+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate environment.Strong understanding of the IT industry and technical skills.Proven track record of successfully recruiting top IT talent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Skills Required
