ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy :   Develop and implement effective IT recruitment strategies aligned with the company s overall business goals.
  • Sourcing and Selection :   Utilize various sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals, networking) to identify and attract qualified IT candidates. Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidates suitability.
  • Employer Branding :   Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top IT talent.
  • Pipeline Management :   Develop and manage a talent pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Recruitment Metrics :   Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendor

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • 12+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of the IT industry and technical skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting top IT talent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
