We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager with a focus on logistics to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth in the logistics sector.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the logistics sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize business strategies.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in business development or sales within the logistics industry.
  • Strong understanding of logistics operations and supply chain processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets.

    Master of Public Administration (MPA), Master OF Business Administration (M.B.A), Master of Library & Information Science (MLIS), PGP, Post Graduate Programme in Management for Executives (PGPX), Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A), PGDM, Doctor of Business Administration (DBA)
