Job descriptionExperience of managing digital transformation program for Metal company to improve availability, safety and production performance Experience in Six Sigma & Lean Manufacturing Knowledge of sustainable & green metal manufacturing technologies
Role : Digital Solution consultant (Metal)
Required Technical Skill Set :
Strong understanding & experience of the Metal (Ferros / Non-ferrous) manufacturing processes, Industrial Automation, Process Control & Optimization, process engineering, quality control, energy optimization & Supply chain optimization.
Knowledge of MES, ERP & Digital Technologies
Desired Experience Range : 15+ years
Location : Pune / Bangalore
Desired Competencies :
Must-Have :
- Expertise in steelmaking, non-ferrous metals, foundries, and rolling mill operations .
- Understanding of process control, quality management, energy efficiency, and yield improvement in metal industry
- Experience with SCADA, MES, DCS, and industrial automation systems, ERP & Asset management systems
- Experience in IoT, AI / ML, digital twins, edge computing, Industry 4.0 for manufacturing
Strategic thinking, Problem-solving mindset, good communication and presentation skills, Project management experience
