Responsibilities :
- Client Consultation and Relationship Building :
- Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their unique requirements, lifestyle, and design preferences.
- Cultivate lasting relationships by providing personalized and attentive service, ensuring a seamless customer experience from inquiry to installation.
- Product Knowledge and Expertise :
- Master the features and benefits of our high-end German luxury kitchens, showcasing a deep understanding of the superior craftsmanship, innovative technology, and exquisite materials that set our products apart.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in kitchen design and German engineering to effectively communicate the unique value proposition of our offerings.
- Customization Guidance :
- Collaborate closely with clients and our design team to guide them through the customization process, offering expert advice on finishes, materials, and layout options to create bespoke kitchens tailored to their preferences.
- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations :
- Conduct compelling and persuasive product presentations, leveraging your knowledge to highlight the superior quality, functionality, and aesthetics of our luxury kitchens.
- Organize and facilitate product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits firsthand.
- Project Management :
- Oversee the sales process from initial inquiry to final installation, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure a smooth and timely project delivery.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns or inquiries.
- Networking and Business Development :
- Actively participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the reach of our luxury kitchen brand.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities to increase market share and revenue.
Qualifications :
