Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer / Architect to join our

growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of design, spatial planning, and

project execution. This role requires collaboration with clients and internal teams to deliver

functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet project goals and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop interior and architectural concepts for residential, commercial, or
• hospitality projects.
• Create detailed 2D layouts, 3D visualizations, mood boards, and presentations.
• Meet with clients to gather requirements, understand their vision, and present
• design solutions.
• Select appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, and lighting.
• Prepare working drawings and support documentation for execution.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site supervisors during implementation.
• Ensure design aligns with local codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
