Let Me Tell You About The Role
We are seeking a thorough and proactive a Supply Network Replenishment Planner to manage the replenishment of finished goods across the supply network in our Performance Units. This role ensures the right finished goods stock is in the right place at the right time to meet customer demand while optimizing inventory levels and supply chain efficiency. The role will have key accountability for stock availability and Days of Cover efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have experience in supply planning, inventory management, and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic supply chain environment.
Through our Global Planning Digital tool, Kinaxis Maestro, PU Supply Network Replenishment Planners will be responsible for the overall replenishment plan of finished goods across all our finished goods warehouses, creating dependent demand on source plants and suppliers.
The Supply Network Replenishment Planners will ensure medium to long term network capacity is available, and be a key person to facilitate resolving constraints in network capacity, working with short term deployment planners, PU Supply Planning Delivery Managers in the markets, and the PU S&OP manager, to ensure that supply network capacity is modelled for PU S&OP process
This position requires proven supply planning experience, combining strong analytical skills within our digital planning tool (Kinaxis Maestro) with having the ability to foster positive relationships with supply chain planning colleagues both in Pune and in the markets

Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in supply chain management, Logistics, Business, or a related field (master's preferred).
Experience
8-12 years in supply planning, replenishment, or inventory management within FMCG, food & beverage, or manufacturing industries.
Shift Timings : 5.30 PM To 2.30 PM (US Shift)
You will work with
Supply chain planning team for your Performance Unit, co-located in PU, and with PU Planning & S&OP managers and S&OE delivery leads in the PU
