Quality Assurance Manager (Urgent)

Devashish Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., a leading name in Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) and industrial infrastructure, is looking for a meticulous and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee the quality systems across design, fabrication, and project execution stages.

This role is ideal for a professional who thrives on ensuring excellence — from raw material inspection to site erection — and who can implement systems that drive zero-defect manufacturing and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control quality in fabrication, welding, painting, and assembly processes
• Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process work, and final assemblies
• Lead internal audits, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Establish quality plans, ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), and inspection checklists for each project.
• Coordinate with design, production, and project teams to ensure compliance with drawings, codes, and client requirements
• Manage calibration of instruments and ensure traceability of records
• Conduct supplier quality assessments and vendor evaluations
• Train and mentor QA / QC personnel at plant and site locations
• Generate and maintain all documentation required for project handover and certification
